God-Centered: The Spirituality and Impact of the English Puritans -- October 27-28, 2023 

Mid Cities Presbyterian Church welcomes Dr. Tony Curto to the Dallas/Fort Worth Reformation Conference 2023! Dr. Curto will instruct us on the spirituality and impact of the 17th-century movement in the Church of England known as the Puritans. We will learn whether they were a religious or political movement, the nature of their beliefs and practices, and what they hoped to accomplish in their church and nation. Dr. Curto will introduce us to the Puritans's aspiration to serve the Church and develop her theology as Pastor-Theologians, focusing on the God-centeredness of the gospel they proclaimed and applied from their pulpits. We will then see how this God-centeredness is reflected in the God of salvation portrayed in Rev.
